i’m pretty sure, at this point, that one of the first steps i need to take in order to help myself is to normalize and fix my sleep schedule.

unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’ll be happening today, as yesterday night, thursday, i basically came back from Calc dead tired at a bit after 3pm and then slept until past 12pm, at which time i woke and have pretty much been awake ever since.

yeah…that’s not good.

but i’m trying to take some steps, which i guess is better than nothing.
