I haven’t really thought too much about my training goals until I saw the field on the testing sheet. Here, in no particular order, are what my training goals have been:
Improve strength and stamina – general fitness
Pursue martial art expertise
Push my limits
Train mind and body simultaneously
Learn Muay Thai
Test date is set for Saturday, January 14, 2012, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
I’m aiming to be prepared for this.
